3. Booking & Payment Policy

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment (full or partial, as specified in your quotation or invoice).
All prices are in AED unless otherwise stated. Prices may change due to exchange rates, taxes, or supplier adjustments.
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler details. Any mistakes in dates, names, or passport details are the customer’s responsibility.
The company reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings in exceptional cases (force majeure, supplier issues, etc.).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or official message).
Refund eligibility is based on third-party supplier policies (airlines, hotels, local operators).
Certain bookings such as promotional offers, visa fees, and airline tickets may be non-refundable.
Administrative or processing fees may apply to cancellations.
Detailed cancellation policies are provided for each package or service.

5. Travel Documents & Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, insurance, and required travel documents. The company is not liable for denied entry, disruptions, or loss of services due to incorrect or incomplete documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable steps to provide accurate information and quality services, we are not responsible for:

Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport companies)
Delays, cancellations, weather issues, or events beyond our control
Loss, injury, damages, or expenses incurred during travel

In all cases, our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to the company for the specific booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, graphics, images, logos, and itineraries — is the property of Smart Connect Holidays. Content may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with UAE data protection regulations.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
