Application Form 14A: Duly completed and signed by the applicant.

Applicant details: Valid email ID and contact number.
Photograph: One recent passport-sized color photo against a plain white background, taken within the last three months.
Applicant must not wear a white outfit as it will blend with the background.
Digital photo: Soft copy of the photograph.
Original passport: Must be valid for more than 6 months upon entry into Singapore.
Passport copy: Bio data page, renewal/extension pages, observation/amendment page (if any), and UAE residence visa page.
Flight reservation: Printed copy of flight booking.
Hotel reservation: Printed copy of hotel booking.
Salary certificate: Showing annual/monthly income, date of joining, and designation.
Signature requirement: All forms must be signed using blue ink.
Visa processing time: 5–7 working days.
Visa fee (additional): AED 150.

Confirm the applicant’s actual purpose of travel.
If the applicant is accompanied by someone, mention it during submission.
If the applicant is providing an LOI (Letter of Introduction), you may ignore the following point.
